The foundation trenches have been cleared of the necessary ledge and are being prepared to receive the concrete.

As the project progresses and moves through its different phases, different phrases can be heard around the job site. 

This gorgeous maple tree was identified by one of B&B’s foresters during the clearing phase of the site work. 

Once the topsoil was scraped off and stockpiled, B&B dug trenches four to five feet down where the foundation walls will sit.  Lo and behold, they uncovered ledge.
