It is amazing to me to think that 90% of the work done up to this point will never be seen.  It is all underground…drainage, foundation, radiant piping, grading, ledge removal, sewer and water, electric…and the list goes on.  The walls are a panelized system meaning that the outside walls are made in a factory and brought in as panels.  The panels are put into place and connected and viola…a wall.  The interior walls are constructed on site.   We are finally getting to what the building will feel like…
